It doesn’t happen overnight, and the founders should train and educate their successors systematically. BOZE successor education has already begun on schedule. The founder emphasizes that knowledge and action should go hand in hand when passing on the family values. Considering Chinese characteristics and a family’s unique features, the systematic successor education is based on “love and respect” and follows the principles of “no forced learning, active guidance, right teaching, and hold the bottom line” to educate successors by“ self-learning, guidance, start-up funds, and internal and external practice.” The successor education system (including assessment and evaluation, career development planning and design, and counseling and training) aims to educate successors with scientific and advanced methods to consciously turn them into entrepreneurial successors that master core skills, knowledge and morality.

Family Charity

Succession includes both spiritual and property succession, and the spiritual succession is the core. From earning money for yourself to win-win solutions and to benefit others, charity is the link for family spiritual succession and the important guarantee for family wealth succession. Charity is a reflection of the value of “knowledge and action should go hand in hand” and is the secret of family succession. In recent years, BOZE has donated more than RMB 10 million to society through direct donation and participation in charity funds. In the future, BOZE will continue to make grants to medical care, education, children and disadvantaged groups via family charity trust to further improve family succession.
